BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

I appreciate that buying directly online can be slightly more daunting than seeing art at first hand in a fine art Gallery setting. It is for this reason that I go all out to make the experience of buying online easier by listening carefully to each and every purchaser’s individual needs, before purchases are made, and by providing my customers with any close up shots or larger printable visuals requested. This service enables you to buy in complete confidence that every aspect of the art works is in full harmony with your colour scheme, and offers assured quality that your needs for the home and or places where the art work will be hung, will be fully met. I also understand that you never truly experience fine art until you have lived with it in its final destination, so it is for this reason that I also offer a no quibble 7 day Money Back Guarantee. This is offered in addition to any statutory rights that might apply and enables you to buy any “Paul Milner piece” with full confidence.

So to recap, buy from the site, live with your chosen undamaged artwork for seven days and if you are not entirely happy, return it to me in the same packaging and condition as it arrived in and you will be fully refunded for the artwork. (Kindly note specially commissioned works exclusions apply unless of course paintings are damaged during transit, for more please see commissions).

Please follow the relevant section for step by step guidance on returns and terms under either the 7 day no quibble guarantee for undamaged art works or damaged goods which ever apply.

Specially Commissioned works
If you see a piece of original art that you admire but for one reason or another is not quite what you were looking for, please contact me directly to see if the subject matter may lend itself to commission something unique to fit your personal specifications. Commissioning figurative or still life scenes allows you to feature friends, family and or partners in bespoke pieces of landscape and narrative that can enhance your interior. It also allows you to choose the subject matter, colours, style and dimensions of a piece not available elsewhere. Commissioning a piece for yourself, or someone important to you, is a highly personal gift that can one day become a family heirloom, a longer term investment or commemorate a truly special occasion. Overall it allows you to purchase the perfect piece for your home or workplace. Kindly note; as an a fine art figurative rather than portrait artist, I am fascinated by light on seascapes and landscapes and dialog that only scenes and stories in time in reveal, rather than the more formal works of a sitting portrait artist. I also believe in sticking to what I do best, which, regrettably means, I do not undertake commissions of painting portraits of any kind.

While most artists undertaking commissioned works require a deposit before the commencement of commissioned any works. I simply do not, as I set out in the true spirit of a shared customer journey. I apply my time artistic care and skills and act in good faith to fully realise and capture my customers and my own artistic vision for the final subject matter.

Throughout this, my customers remain free and under no obligation throughout this process to purchase any final works unless they are fully satisfied with the final resultant art works. First through collaborating ideas and then leading to detailed and final proofs that I supply for approval before any agreement is reached.

It also follows that I am under no obligation to provide any commissioned work until both my customers and I as the artist are entirely happy with the final works and before any transaction has taken place.

Returns provision for exclusions only for undamaged commissioned works

Generally commissioned pieces are so personal and often contain permission based subject matter taken from personal photographs of friends and family which are integral to their owners, but sadly means that the resultant works, are not if ever re sellable. It is for this reason therefore that commissioned pieces are excluded from the 7 day money back guarantee, unless of course they are subject to damage that occurred during carriage. (For further details please see damaged goods provisions.)
